No — and that’s the difference. We don’t work for any dealership or stock vehicles ourselves. We work exclusively for you, the buyer, which means we have no bias or sales targets. Our only goal is to find you the best possible car at the best value.

We’re based in the UK and work with clients nationwide. Because most of the process can be handled remotely, we can help regardless of your location. For in-person viewings or handovers, we’ll coordinate the best solution based on your area.

Our service is bespoke, so pricing depends on the level of support you need and the complexity of your request (e.g., type of vehicle, whether it’s a rare import, etc.). After a quick chat to understand your needs, we’ll send you a personalised, no-obligation quote.

Full payment for our sourcing service is required before we begin the search. This confirms your booking and allows us to dedicate time and resources to your request. All payments are handled securely and we’ll provide an invoice and receipt for your records.

We aim to deliver results for every client, but in rare cases — for example, if you're looking for an extremely limited or unavailable model — we may be unable to source a suitable vehicle.
In such cases, we offer a partial refund policy, which works as follows:
If no suitable vehicle is found after presenting a set number of options (e.g., 5 cars that meet your criteria), we’ll review the enquiry and provide a partial refund based on the time and work already completed.
If the search proves unviable from the outset (e.g., the car simply doesn’t exist in the current UK market), we’ll contact you early and may issue a larger partial refund at our discretion.
Please note: Our service is time-based and not commission-based, so refunds are based on effort invested rather than results guaranteed — but we always work with fairness and transparency. - 07
Yes, absolutely. We can arrange an accurate valuation for your current car and help you coordinate the trade-in as part of the buying process. We’ll make sure you get a fair deal and a smooth transition.

Definitely. We can arrange third-party pre-purchase inspections, review the service history, and verify documents. We never recommend a car unless we’re confident it’s up to standard.

In most cases, yes. Depending on your location and the seller’s terms, we can either arrange delivery to your door or coordinate a convenient collection. We’ll handle the logistics so you don’t have to.
